It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Life Active and Charter Member, Charlie Milo. Charlie served as both a lieutenant and a board member during his 62 years volunteering with Putnam Valley Volunteer Ambulance Corp, but was always so much more. He touched many lives, not just within our agency, but the community as a whole. Charlie was a member of the Putnam Valley Fire Department for 63 years as well. He has been an asset to the Town of Putnam Valley in so many ways and will be greatly missed. We will continue to honor him and uphold his love for this community.
